The Fredrik's Design accepts Paypal. With paypal you can use any major credit card.

Shipping Information

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All items are shipped UPS ground unless a stated preference is requested, at which time additional charges may apply. We will notify you of additional charges, if any. Shipping charges are based on location, weight and size of total package.
An additional charge is required for heavy weighted items. This charge will not be included in your checkout. This charge will be added to your credit card separately at the time our shipping department processes your order. Heavy weighted items are noted in the “Product Description”.


Discrepancies In Shipments

All discrepancies must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-888-788-9134.


Warranty Information

It is our policy to adhere to the manufacturer’s warranty specifications. Should you have a warranty claim please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-788-9134 for further instructions.


Refunds

We will gladly give store credit for your return provided the item is still in new condition within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Defects will have to be sent to the manufacturer. No Cash Refunds. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
